Community Voices

I am planning to work with The Media Trust on their Community Voices project. It is possible that you have a project that would qualify for funding and we could work together to deliver it. Either get in touch with me or follow the link to Community Voices and see if you qualify.

East Dorset
A series of workshops for trainers and young people in partnership with East Dorset Council's Arts Development Team. I have been training trainers in this area and they will be running their own workshops soon. If you live in the area look out for these events.

Culture Shock - VIEW Stories now online
Culture Shock is a large scale digital storytelling project in the North East involving Tyne and Wear Museums. I trained the teams that are now delivering the workshops throughout the region. Watch out for Culture Shock events if you live in the North East - there are a lot of free workshops on offer.

Riding Lights Summer Theatre School
I will be running workshops at this anual event again in 2010. I was unable to be a the 2009 summer school, but I've been asked to return again and I've accepted the invitation. More details will be posted on the theatres website

Training Trainers Course

These 4 day courses equip you to run your own digital storytelling projects and workshops. You create your own digital story so that you not only understand the techniques but also the experience of telling your own story.

The workshop is based around the Apple iLife suite of programs although the principles hold true for any kind of computer and digital editing software. All equipment is supplied; you need only bring a story and some images as the basis for your digital story.

To book your place on a future course or for more information please email me and you will receive an application form. The cost is approx. £500.00 ea + VAT. Accommodation isn't included in this price.
